Conference Registration Policies:
Your paper will be removed from the proceedings at any stage of quality control performed by publication authority. The conference organizers are not liable if IEEE reports plagiarism or a lack of quality in your paper after you have submitted final proceedings (camera ready copies). The TPC of ICECA 2022 takes very much care while evaluating the technical content of the paper before the acceptance. It is the full responsibility of the author/s if their work is found to be plagiarized in Camera Ready Paper submitted by the authors, even if it is detected at a later level of quality control. In any case, no registration money will be reimbursed if your work is rejected by IEEE for plagiarism issues.
For cancellations made in writing with a valid withdrawal reason and received by the ICECA 2022 on or before 30 September 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. Following the reimbursement and cancellation, the related final document will be removed from the publication process. Cancellations made after 30 September 2022 will not be refunded. The refund (if any) will be made after the conference by online transfer.
For withdrawal requests, all authors must submit a signed consent form.
There will be no refund, if the paper is later rejected by the publisher citing the Similarity, Preprint/Plagiarism score.
Note: Authors are responsible for post conference plagiarism issues and preprint publication issues. IEEE owns the copyright to the article for the IEEE conference. The authors must obtain permission to upload the paper to approved preprint websites.
